Commissioning Coordinator

??? The Commissioning Coordinator shall lead part of the Commissioning organization of the DPU and MSF
??? Ensure that HSE criteria, objectives and strategies are followed
??? Monitor and report all HSE related issues????
??? Ensure A-Standard & I am safety are used during HUC phase as intended
??? Identify possible project gaps, risks, and participate in both gap and risk assessments
??? Monitor and Oversee the development of the structural, piping, and electrical Construction Work Packs for the onshore hook-up phase
??? Align the onshore and offshore Hook up schedule with all planned commissioning activities per the schedule
??? Ensure preservation for DPU and Topsides are being followed per the preservation plan????
??? Participate in ATS development for vendors required during onshore and offshore phases of the project
??? Manage and monitor all construction work onshore
??? Report on project progress and status
??? Ensure the vetting process for N2He Leak test vendor for onshore and offshore testing
??? Ensure that the process for transfer of responsibility between Construction and Commissioning (Ready for Commissioning Certificate) is issued and executed according to requirements/"Best practice"
??? Work with PTW Coordinator to develop the project permit to work system
??? Ensure the Livening Up Notice for the initial energization is followed???? ????
??? Minimum 10 years of experience from oil and gas projects
??? Minimum 5 years of management experience from oil and gas projects
??? Strong leadership ensuring HSE policies and procedures are followed
??? Knowledge of Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning standard practices
??? Highly self-motived individual with abilities to clearly communicate expectations
??? Ability to handle high workloads and the responsibility along with being able to make decisions????
??? Adapt to added project requirements
??? High ethical standard.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
