Pipe Fitter-Helper

TASK:
Assist pipefitters in the fabrication of metal and steel structures. Assist pipefitters in setting up work as required, responsible for performing basic welding functions, and operate power grinders and other small power tools for the preparation of material. The employee is expected to climb and work in high places that may exceed 200 feet in height and also work in confined spaces. The employee must work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload.
REQUIREMENTS:
The person holding this position must have a high school diploma, general education development (GED) diploma, or 3 months related experience in this industry

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
